Track every seat change — increase or reduction. Quick Add Seat Charges in Expenses uses this history to pre-fill the correct amount for each month.

💡 Seat costs are now tracked in the Seat History tab with full history of changes. The Quick Add Seat Charges button in Expenses uses that history automatically.
Google Sheets Connection
Step-by-step setup:
1. Open your Google Sheet → Extensions → Apps Script
2. Delete any existing code → paste the full script below
3. Click Deploy → New Deployment
4. Type: Web App
5. Execute as: Me | Who has access: Anyone
6. Click Deploy → copy the Web App URL → paste above
7. If you update the script later, click Deploy → Manage Deployments → Edit → New version
⚠️ Common errors:
• Sync Error → URL not set or wrong. Must be
• Still failing → Re-deploy with "Execute as: Me" and "Access: Anyone"
• First time → Google will ask for permissions — click Allow
